Laura's Story
I came back to pick up the material support they give to new parents. I couldn't believe I could sign up for diapers, wipes and clothing until my little girl was three. I tear up every time I think of my first appointment there. I was convinced I couldn't afford this pregnancy. I am so grateful they helped me process everything. I am forever thankful for them helping me to make a better decision. I can't imagine my life without my little girl.
Miguel's Story
All I was there for was to bring my girlfriend in, then this guy called me back to meet with him. I was so confused. But he told me I was as important to The Life Center as she was. I didn't know they cared about dads too. When I told him I was really worried about food and finances, he showed me all the resources they would get me connected with. I was so happy that I gave him a big hug!
Tamara's Story
It was when I heard the baby's heart beating at the sonogram appointment that I broke. All I could do was sit there and listen to the nurse talk. The picture of my baby kind of shook me into reality of what I might have done. When they called to check up on me the next week, I let them know I was going to sign up for prenatal parenting classes. That sonogram appointment changed my life.
Jessica's Story
I found The Life Center on Google right after I moved here. I was about to have a baby and I needed a car seat. They not only had car seats but they took me around and showed me all the other things they have and do. I couldn't believe it! When they told me about the parenting classes I knew I would be back after the baby was born.

The Ultimate Challenge
As the needs for our services have increased, the board of The Life Center has been analyzing all options, including future expansion. The Life Center is embarking on the final push to raise the funds. Since 2023, generous donations have been received which were used to purchase land, abate and demolish the existing sixty-year old building and prepare initial architectural designs and plans. Below is a breakdown on giving to date by service areas. While the financial challenge seems daunting, we trust in a God that has instilled in the people West Texas a heart for LIFE!
